Nova International is committed to quality and compliance within our Healthcare Division, so we are able to offer our clients additional reassurance with a Chief Operating Officer who is responsible for quality checking the calibre of all medical professionals.

Dr Kam Sidhu is responsible for leading the Healthcare Division of Nova International, and draws upon his extensive NHS and international healthcare recruitment expertise to ensure that only the most suitably qualified candidates are shortlisted for Nova International’s medical roles.  

With over 20 years’ of General Practice experience, Dr Sidhu has worked in private practice and the NHS. He is currently a practice owner in the UK and has worked internationally in healthcare for Executive Search and healthcare recruitment.

A dental surgeon with a BDS Bachelors of Dental Surgery from the University of Birmingham (1998), Dr Kam Sidhu has a postgraduate degree in Dental Education from the University of Bedfordshire. With a passion for developing the careers of medical professionals across the globe, Dr Kam Sidhu has supported many medical students at LonDEC, King’s College London’s world-renowned dental education and training centre. 

Due to his vast experience in the medical and healthcare sector, Dr Kam Sidhu has recruited for his own companies and for other medical healthcare recruitment agencies for many years. With compliance at the heart of everything, Dr Kam Sidhu follows the GMC’s recruitment guidance to ensure that all candidates are screened and vetted correctly.
