As a specialist international recruitment agency, we take the time to call each reference directly and speak to the hiring managers to ensure that a candidate is verified before a formal offer of employment is made.
Whilst all references must be fair and accurate, there is information that is helpful for the recruitment process. We offer additional services to help our clients with referencing, which includes:
